The first step is to schedule a 30-minute complimentary consultation so I can understand your vision for your vacation. We can meet in person, video visit or phone call. This is where I gather information so I can build the exact vacation you want. We’ll cover budget, your must-haves and preferences. If we decide that we’re a good fit for each other, a planning fee of $150 is required to move forward.

I provide three options based on the initial consultation. After selecting one of the options, we can tweak the itinerary, details, etc and book it. We’ll also cover travel insurance, packing tips and other logistics so you are confident in your travels.
