The first step is to schedule a complimentary consultation so I can understand your vision for your vacation. These meetings usually last an hour but they can be shorter depending on where you are in the planning process. We’ll get to know each other and talk about your potential trip. If we decide that we’re a good fit for each other, a planning fee is required to move forward. My planning fee starts at $150 and goes up depending on the complexity of your trip.

After taking into account all your requirements, travel preferences and budget, I provide a completely customized itinerary. If I’ve missed the mark on anything; we can tweak those details. Once everything is finalized, a deposit is due to secure the booking. It is typically 30% of the package price.

As your trip approaches, I’ll provide a pre-trip guide with essential travel tips, and depending on your destination, a country-specific guide covering cultural insights, local etiquette, and must-know travel details.
