Initial consultation
The process begins with an complimentary initial consultation. We’ll get to know each other and talk about your potential trip. I’ll explain my process and answer your questions.

itinerary creation
After paying my planning and trip design fee which covers my expertise and time spent crafting a personalized itinerary tailored to you. I will provide a package including hotels, transportation, tours, and unique experiences.

finalize itinerary
We’ll make any tweaks you’d like to make and finalize everything. To confirm your trip, an initial deposit—typically 30% of the total cost— is due.

pre-trip prep & Final Payment
As your trip approaches, I’ll provide pre-trip guides with essential travel tips, and depending on your destination, a country-specific guide covering cultural insights, local etiquette, and must-know travel details.
Final payment is due typically 60-90 days prior to the start of your trip.
